Bahng Too Ki is an important set of 10 techniques in an art that utilizes so many different types of throwing techniques, Bahng Too Ki teaches the student a number of different counter-throwing techniques that may be applied against various types of throwing attacks. Using pressure points, redirection and specialized stepping, Bahng Too Ki gives the student an important tool in defending against throwing or grappling-type attacks.

It should probably be mentioned that there is another set of techniques called Too Ki, but that this is not a companion set which shows countermeasures to those techniques (bahng=defense, too ki=throwing skills), rather it merely shows various ways to block/thwart common hip throws found in the art of Judo, which was very popular in S. Korea at the time when the art of Kuk Sool was being developed. This also explains why many Korean masters affectionately referred to this set as "yudo maki" (유도 막기). The techniques of Too Ki are extremely nasty (inducing spiral fractures and multiple massive joint dislocations) and as a result are very difficult to counter once initiated.
