Korean National Champion in Sirum. Given the nickname "General", a title denoting the finest Sirum Champion. Won over 100 oxen during this time.(Live Oxen were given as rewards to Sirum champions.)

He owned dogangs in corte medera ca & Modesto ca, and finally in Fresno ca , he was a consummate practitioner of kuk sool won, he was known to break river rocks with his fist & loved a challenge from anyone. a formidable technician well into his 80’s - and made a lasting impression on many lives in California. He will be missed .
