Too Ki are 13 techniques utilizing various types of "body throws" (similar yet more effective than throws that might be seen in styles such as Judo) and are directed against punching attacks. Demonstrating the principles of Yu-Won-Hwa (yielding, circular motion, and harmonizing with the opponent's attack), this set of techniques teaches the student proper motion and stepping patterns that utilizes these principles to utmost effectiveness. Many of the techniques in this set will shred the soft/connective tissues (i.e. ligaments & tendons) and/or cause bone fractures (mostly spiral/torsion in nature). The techniques that don't rely on such tactics tend to focus on damaging the head & neck, often by upending the opponent to land hard on the top of their skull.
These techniques are savage & fierce and therefore students must be fast to defend themselves by demonstrating superior breakfalls if the recipient, and a fair amount of restraint if the one executing the technique (if done properly, no matter how quickly you respond & using an appropriate breakfall for said throw, can save you from the intended devastation). The intensity, speed, and height of the breakfalls necessary to even approximate the execution of the Too Ki throws, makes them quite showy and an excellent choice for demos.
