To quote KJN Gene Gause...
"I could tell you, but then I'd have to Pyung Soo you."
Just kidding. More information to come.

Hanja=運行法; Hangeul=운행법; Meaning=principle of following a predetermined path or allowing something to run its natural course, e.g. a planet or moon orbiting its host. In the case of martial arts, an alternate character (cloud, 雲/운), which is pronounced the same in Korean, may be indicated and this principle would then be connected to Ki Gong training (氣功/기공), i.e. internal energy development, via the notion of Oon Ki (雲氣/운기), the "ether" or "mist" as a physical manifestation of Ki. Haeng (行/행) refers to movement, travel, or circulation, or to the running of a machine, such as a computer. Developing one's internal energy begins with meditation that enhances the normal circulation of the energy within the body (which is how acupuncture works, the insertion of needles stimulating this flow of energy throughout the meridians). This aspect is called the "microcosmic orbit" among Ki Gong initiates.
